No one wants to go at getting healthy alone.  We are better together. During my journey, the one thing I lacked was practical guidance.  I had medical advice from my doctor's and spiritual support from my friends, however, I did not have a coach to help me with my goals.  

As a coach, I ride alongside my clients as they reach their goals. Whether the goal is to implement a healthier way of eating, incorporating exercise, manage stress, create healthy self-talk, or develop a plan to staying cancer-free, having a coach is a valuable experience.

What Does Coaching Look Like?

First, you'll schedule a time to meet with me over the phone or in person. The sessions will range from 15 minutes to an hour. During that time, we will talk about what you want to accomplish.

Through the questions I ask, together we will discuss and define your goals and the challenges that could stand in your way. Then we will outline the steps you'll need to take to achieve those goals.
